Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions come into force as soon as you tick the box for acceptance during the registration process. By checking this box, you signify to us that you have read the Terms and Conditions and accept them. By using any of the Games or Services you signify that you agree with these Terms and Conditions.

You must read the Terms and Conditions carefully in their entirety before ticking the box for acceptance. If you do not agree with any provision of the Terms and Conditions, you must not use or continue to use the Games and Services.

 

1. One Account per Player

1.1 In order to use the games and services provided by Vegasberry a person has to register and personally open a player’s account. Only one account is allowed per person.

1.2. Multiple accounts that are linked by the same device, email address, household, IP-address or credit card are not allowed. In case it is noted that there are similar accounts, any funds on the player’s accounts will be frozen.

1.3 Furthermore, the customer accounts may be closed by Vegasberry at its own discretion.

1.4 A person applying to become an account holder promises and guarantees that he/she is not under eighteen (18) years. A person applying to become an account holder also promises and guarantees:

  • That he/she is a real person and not a legal person
  • That he/she is not resident in any of the countries listed in point 5.
  • That he/she is not restricted by limited legal capacity;
  • That he/she does not act on behalf of any other party;
  • That he/she is not classified as a game addict and/or accompanies (either voluntarily or inadvertently) in any registry or any discontinued player database;
  • Not to deposit money arising from criminal and/or other unlawful activities;
  • Not to deposit money via a card that the account holder is not authorized to use and/or use a card in a jurisdiction where betting is prohibited;
  • Not to perform criminal activity in which a Vegasberry account is directly or indirectly involved;

1.5 Vegasberry reserves the right to close accounts and seize all access to accounts in case of violation of General Terms and Conditions or suspected breach.

1.6 Vegasberry may request documents to certify Cardholder's identity and/or permission to use a Specific Card and/or other facts and information provided by the Cardholder before executing deposits and/or withdrawals. This can cause minor delays.

1.7 Deposits by card may, from time to time, be partially and/or completely denied in accordance with certain security systems managed in cooperation with a Payment System Provider and/or a Financial Institution. Such security measures may deny Cards that are legitimate, but may despite this not be possible to use at any time. The staff at Vegasberry do not control the mentioned system, nor will they have information about the reasons why deposits are denied.

1.8 A person applying for an account at Vegasberry promises and guarantees that all information provided in his/her application is truthful and accurate. If not, Vegasberry will not register the person and in those cases where an account has already been created Vegasberry will block the account.

1.9 A violation of the verification process is a violation of Vegasberry's Terms & Conditions. As well as providing false information, forged information or deliberately retrieving information about identity and security. A violation of Terms & Conditions may mean that Vegasberry closes the membership account and seizes the assets available on the account. In some cases, payments may be interrupted and funds will not be refunded to the customer.

1.10 Vegasberry reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time:

Refuse to open an account and / or to close an existing account

Refuse to accept deposits on accounts

Request documents to certify identity or other data to investigate accounts and, in such cases, freeze / close accounts completely in the meantime

transfer and / or grant, without prior notice, data relating to an account holder to any legal person in any country provided that Vegasberry ensures that said data is always transferred and handled in accordance with applicable legislation, data protection laws and / or the like.

hold and manage funds belonging to an account holder in accordance with generally accepted cash management guidelines for such funds; This may include a Financial institution and / or a Payment Solutions Provider that is entrusted to hold funds in the member's name.

consider funds forfeited and / or confiscate funds available on a Vegasberry account and / or refuse to settle a claim in the event of, directly or indirectly:

           (1) Terms & Conditions have been violated and / or

           (2) Other unauthorized activities have taken place

terminate and / or cancel a member's participation in games, activities, competitions or other services whenever Vegasberry is of the opinion that there is legitimate concern that an account is, has been, or may be used for illegal, fraudulent or dishonest activity or if concern about the player´s game habits, health or financial situation is suspected

Revoke and / or cancel account holder's participation in the Services and / or confiscate funds available on their Vegasberry account if the account holder is found cheating or if it is determined that the Account Holder has used or deployed a system (including machines, robots, computers, software or any    other automated system) for the purpose of tricking or capable of tricking the client application and / or the software.

 

2. Account Verification

2.1. Vegasberry reserves the right to at any time request from player’s copies of personal documents. These are needed for age verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, promotion restrictions, account closure, etc.

2.2 Please send the player’s copies of personal documents to cashier@Vegasberry.com

2.3 The documents requested may include, but are not limited to

  • Copy of a personal identification document (ID, Driver’s license, or Passport)
  • Copy of front and back of the signed credit card(s) used for depositing
  • Copy of a Utility bill (electric, telephone, Bill adressed to you as owner of the account – must not be older than 2 months) with name and address as registered in player’s casino account
  • In some cases, even bank statements are needed

 

3. Receiving the winnings

3.1. Vegasberry reserves the right to refuse or withhold any bonus amounts or winnings if the player’s deposited funds were cancelled or denied by the payment service.

3.2.1 Withdrawals will be paid back to the player’s original method of deposit. If the deposit method account does not support a refund, or if the refund is not possible for whatever reason, withdrawals will be paid to the player via any payment method used by a player to deposit in Vegasberry in the past.

3.2.2 If a players attempts to make a withdrawal without having made prior deposit, Vegasberry reserves the right to demand that the player makes a deposit in order for Vegasberry to approve the withdrawal. In some cases the deposit needs to be played through one time before withdrawal is allowed.

3.3. In the event that Vegasberry conciders any player to have cheated, taken unfair advantage of bonuses or in other ways have acted in bad faith in relation to a promotion offered on the site, we reserve us the right to block or permanantly close the players account. In the event of this Vegasberry is not obligated to refund the players assets on the account and all will be confiscated.

 

4. Withdrawal of Winnings

4.1 Before the withdrawal is processed and paid to the player’s payment method of choice, the amount of all non-cashable bonuses that contributed to the winnings will be removed from the player’s balance. If player does not leave that amount on balance, it will be deducted from the requested withdrawal amount. Bonus money is non-cashable, meaning bonus(es) rewarded since previous deposit will be deducted from balance upon processing withdrawal.

4.2 Minimum withdrawal amount is €30 (or equivalent in any other currency) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Terms & Conditions of the specific promotion

4.3.1 A player is allowed to do a maximum count of 5 withdrawals below €50  per month. If more than one withdrawal beow 50€ is made per month, Vegasberry will take a fee of €7,50 per withdrawal.

4.3.2 For australian and canadian players who makes withdrawal by wiretransfer that is less than 500$ Vegasberry takes a fee of 35$ per transaction to cover the cost of the withdrawal. For withdrawals that are more than 500$ there is no fee.

4.4 Vegasberry reserves the right to pay the player’s withdrawal via any method even if the player requested otherwise. Withdrawal requests to credit cards which are not refundable will be either issued to an e-wallet of player’s choice or via Wire Transfer or Bank Draft. In this case all processing fees are player’s responsibility.

4.5 Due to restrictions of the payment processor the minimum withdrawal amount processed via Wire Transfer is €500. For transactions within EU the minimum withdrawal amount processed with Wire Transfer is €30. Vegasberry reserves the right not to pay any additional costs incurred in bank transfer if the exchange rate is changed.

4.6 All winnings below €10.000 have a limit per withdrawal that is maximum €2.000 per day. If the player wins €10,000 or more, Vegasberry reserves the right to divide the payout into installments of €5,000 per month.

4.7 If player accidentally makes a deposit and would like to “reverse” it, this is possible only upon player’s explicit request and under the condition that there was absolutely no gaming activity on the player’s account after the deposit was made. Additionally, if player is requesting refunding of a deposit to a credit card, payment processor requires this to be done within 12 (twelve) hours after the first deposit was made. Even if this is followed through Vegasberry reserves the right to deny refound with regards to point 4.9 in this Terms & Conditions.

4.8 Unexpected technical problems or circumstances outside the control of Vegasberry such as technical problem allow Vegasberry to cancel bets and give refunds to players.

4.9 Vegasberry finance department may take up to 48 hours in order to process the withdrawal, after all the requested account verification documents are received and confirmed.

4.10 Should a player do more than 30 withdrawals in one month an administrative fee will be taken. The fee is 2% of the withdrawn amount but not less than 5€. The fee will be taken from all withdrawals from withdrawal number 31 and more until the months ends.

4.11 Vegasberry has the right to limit, cancel and refuse bets in the case they are considered to be too large or if we see that the betting pattern of the player takes place in such a way that the system is being abused.

4.12 If a game contains a bug or misconfiguration that causes incorrect behaviour or pay out, Vegasberry has the right to remove the game and alter player's balances to correct the mistake.

4.13 When a player wish to withdraw founds that he/she has deposited but not played through on any game or service provided on the site, Vegasberry reserves the right to deny the transaction and if froud or money laundry is suspected Vegasberry might forfeit the founds on the account.

 

5. Restricted Player Groups

5.1. Players from the following countries are not allowed to open a player account and/or place any real money bets in the casino:

6. Player Inactivity

6.1. If an account is left inactive for 60 days, a €5 per month inactivity fee will be charged to the account for administration purposes. If due to this fee the player’s real money balance is reduced to zero, the account will be frozen untill the player contact our support.

 

7. Banking

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

8.1. Vegasberry reserves the rights to change the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice. Terms & conditions are in effect as soon as they are published on this page, but will never retroactively affect the bonus promotions. However, it is the player’s responsibility to check the terms & conditions regularly and prior to claiming any bonuses and making any bets in Vegasberry.

8.2. Vegasberry reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion or offer at any time without prior notice. Vegasberry reserves the right to bar a player from receiving the promotions at any time.

8.3 The original text of the general conditions are in English. If there would be differences in the translations of the terms, the role in the original English version shall prevail.

 

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 All requested deposit limits will be monitored by support and handled manually. Once the player reaches the desired limit, further depositing will be blocked. Support cannot prevent the player from making a single deposit that exceeds the desired deposit limit.

9.2 Vegasberry is not responsible for whether the deposit limit is exceeded by players in the event that the handling of the limit has not been managed by the support.

9.3 A player may close his player’s account by sending such a request to our customer support team. The customer support team will then finalize the closing of the player’s account. The player will be able to open his/her account again by sending a request to the customer support team. Vegasberry will open the Player’s Account again after seven days after Vegasberry has received such request.

 

Vegasberry Bonus Terms

This document will outline the terms and conditions for deposit bonuses, free spins and free bonus money credited to casino players at Vegasberry.com.

 

10.1 General Bonus Terms

10.1.1 Only one bonus is allowed per player, account, address, computer and IP address. Vegasberry.com reserves the right to close any account that is considered a duplicate account, and confiscate the assets of the relevant account.

10.1.6 Vegasberry reserves the right to cancel / change / stop promotions at any time without notice before.

10.1.7 All games have a maximum betting limit of € 4 (or amount equivalent in other currencies) per game round/spin during the time that a bonus is active on the player's account. This applies the entire time that the bonus is active on the player's account as long as nothing else is stated. Violation of this rule will forfeit the bonus and any winnings resulting from the bonus or other games that where completed during the bonus period.

10.1.8 Vegasberry reserves the right to empty the player's gaming account bonus money if the player has not been logged into their account during the last two months.

10.1.9 If the bonus terms and conditions above have been translated into various languages and these reflect the same principles, but in the event of any differences between the language versions, the English version shall prevail.

10.1.10 When you play with a bonus, the assets are first of balance with real money, after the balance of the bonus money.

10.1.11 Players from the following countries are not entitled to receive the bonus on the first deposit: Bulgaria, China, Estonia, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Moldova, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Ukraine and The United States.

10.1.15 Abuse of offered bonuses or free spins will not be tolerated. Bonuses and free spins are intended to play with. Players are not allowed to collect and/or combine bonuses. If any abuse is detected all winnings will be forfeited and the bonus will be inactivated. Deposits may be returned to player´s account.

10.1.16 The player has the right to cancel a bonus campaign from their account. Any winnings generated by the bonus money will also be canceled. Canceling a bonus campaign differs from terminating a campaign. A final is considered when the player has finished playing.

11. SMS & Mail

11.1 SMS and email messages are only available to members at Vegasberry. These are sent automatically by certain systems or in conjunction with campaigns.

11.2 In the event that information or text in messages by email, sms or other forms is incorrect, the information that may be found on the Website or in the Terms & Conditions, or in the rules stated by Vegasberry for the campaign in question, is the correct.

11.3 Vegasberry does not accept and take no responsibility whatsoever if there is any error in the content of the messages or if a member would not receive text message(s).

11.4 Some messages are only sent to certain group of members. In this case, the offer only applies to the group determined by Vegasberry.
